Introducing Buddy, Toyota's New Spokesdog

Who’s Buddy?
Say hello to Buddy, the charming new face and voice for Toyota SA!
Buddy is proudly South African with a humorous, down to earth and adventurous nature.

Our new ‘spokesdog’ tells us fun and quirky stories about life with his owner, “my man”, and he promises to keep you entertained while introducing you to the Toyota brand, giving you credible advice and guidance.

Where and When You Can Expect to See Buddy
Buddy’s role in the digital world will include starring in TV commercials, social media (Twitter, Facebook), the Toyota blog and website. He will give advice on all things Toyota and car related. You will be able to download the adverts and other entertainment on the Toyota blog and website.

Buddy will be offering competitions with fabulous prizes throughout the campaign, so be sure to follow him on Twitter, Facebook and the Toyota blog for more information. After all, dog is a man’s best buddy…

Let’s give Buddy a paws-up for his brand new Toyota Corolla advert, which was launched 25 September 2009. You will also see him in Toyota Corolla, Hilux, Fortuner, Prius, Verso and Prado adverts.
