The Hino 300 is brother to the Toyota Dyna that was introduced locally in 1965. Combined sales for this range of product has already exceed 85 000 units and it has been the top seller in the medium truck market for the past 27 years.

Toyota unveiled the FT-CH compact hybrid concept car at the 2010 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit yesterday (January 11).
The FT-CH (Future Toyota-Compact Hybrid), with a gasoline-electric hybrid system, pursues outstanding environmental performance while remaining fun to drive. On the outside, its triangular silhouette represents the latest in aerodynamics theory-based airflow management, and, on the inside, refinement testifies to the importance placed on personal space.
