The All-New Toyota Auris - Prepare to be Noticed
There’s a brand new spirit creeping into Toyota under the watchful tutelage of the company’s charismatic President and Chief Executive, Akio Toyoda. Committed to building cars that are more rewarding to drive while retaining their legendary build quality and reliability, his quest has been to provide drivers with a more engaging experience behind the wheel. Toyota Corolla Furia Concept
Toyota revealed the Corolla Furia Concept at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. - World first Land Cruiser 70 Double Cab added to the South African range in petrol and diesel

Dakar Rally - Hilux
On a day that saw the Dakar Rally start to show its teeth and several of the top contenders lose time with navigating problems Giniel de Villiers and Dirk von Zitzewitz made an early move with a trouble-free drive to second place on stage two in their Imperial Toyota Hilux.
The Hilux 2.5 D-4D (Raised Body) Raider Double Cab is the latest recipient of Toyota’s technologically advanced Variable Nozzle Turbo (VNT) diesel engine. Following the downsizing trend, this new powerplant - which comes courtesy of the Fortuner 2.5 - offers a lot more grunt, enhanced fuel economy and enhanced refinement, without having to hike up the engine capacity.
The performance stats are impressive: power shoots up from 75 kW to a substantial 106 kW, while torque rises substantially from 260 Nm to a monumental 343 Nm.
More and more people are seeing the value of driving an automatic. No more lumbering around, depressing the clutch and tiring yourself out before you even reach your destination. Tagging onto this momentum, Toyota has added an ‘entry-level’ auto to its ubiquitous Fortuner line-up. The new 2.5 D-4D auto slots in just above the 2.5 D-4D manual, which is the most affordable entry point for Fortuner ownership.
