The Toyota Prado has been known for its high performance parts. The suspension mechanism and engine is top of the line among other production trucks of Toyota. But once you own one you need to fit it with custom truck bumpers as a cosmetic replacement for its stock and boring bumper.

This is a classic truck that has the modern touch. Still has the same Toyota Parts appeal. Every truck that comes out f the factory is sure to have a unique style of engineering.

Hilux 2.5 D-4D 4X4 SRX Dec2011- Well equipped for workhorse but poor internal refinement in terms of noise levels. On a poor dirt road suspension transfers more bumps into cab compared to other brands of bakkies.
Afraid to say its just reputation that is keeping people buying, with Amarok single cab and the new Ranger now out sooner or later customers will realize that you can get better internal cab refinement and better cab ride. For extra heavy work like loading a ton into the bin everyday it may be worth it because it feels truck-like solid. For anything less than extra heavy work other brands will comfortably cope and be reliable and offer far higher internal cab refinement. People don't mind luxury for similar pricing.
Company's fleet standard is Toyota, however some manager authorized purchased of a few vehicles from another brand. So i think the strangle hold is coming to an end, hope Toyota ups its game.

Good to have another performance car after a while,iam a toyota man forever,i have my 06 runx 'rsi,99 rxi and my old Gli twincam that i turbo charged,i would like to change my x for the auris trd but iam still thinking about it,cos you guys should have went 2.0l instead of old school 1.6l,and also disapionting is the launch car had a nice kit, and proper Trd mag wheels,but your new ones have boring 16'wheels,the seats should be more recardo style, shuld have had sun roof option,in the older days,the twincams had red carpets,seat belts,they stood out from the rest,
i want to buy but the sales guys dont want to offer a discount,can you sort something out.

It's east vs west whenever I see a Japanese made vehicle go against an German make truck. I think both have the same qualities the only difference is cosmetic. Both are great looking trucks but I like the Truck Tail Lights of the Hilux. :))

Toyota has the tools to take on all kinds of terrains whether on land or in snow. The truck would be nicer to drive if it has Truck Air Suspension instead of the conventional leaf string and struts.

It's like having an active Truck Suspension on the Land cruiser which automatically adjust to any kind of rough terrains.
Toyota Avanza is one of the best cars launched by toyota. I personally like the deatiling done on its style and looks.
