Toyota Fortuner

I have had my Toyota fortuner just over three years now and have never been so happy with a vehicle. I have done various trips to Botswana, Mozambique etc and have had some wonderfull times and lots of memories and stories to tell. However! In the last week a warning light appeared in the dash indicating a problem with the airbags. On Monday, first thing I did was phone my local dealer and enquired about the light. I was immediately told that this is a common problem and as I am out of the initial 3 year warrantee that this would cost me R 1800.00 to repair. Please can you bloggers comment if you have had a similar problem. I have subsequently learnt that there are several people in town that has had a simialr problem. My question is! Why should I pay for something that sounds to be a munufacturers fault!

From the backseat

Toyota Fortuner is the perfect vehicle once you want to drive with comfort and performance. It shares the same platform with the Hilux the only difference is it is a pickup. It has truck parts that will give you a comfortable ride and air-conditioned cabin.
